The Rosemary District is a charming, walkable neighborhood just north of Fruitville and downtown Sarasota. It is comprised of mostly condos and townhouses with some single family homes. Being a walkable neighborhood, visitors and residents enjoy exploring the area and its shops and restaurants. Just a short walk and you are in downtown Sarasota with its restaurants, bars, shops and art galleries. Being centrally located, you are a short distance to the arts and culture Sarasota offers, as well as the scenic Bayfront, Lido Beach, St. Armands, and Marina Jack’s. On any given Saturday morning you can see runners heading from Marina Jack’s to the Ringling Bridge and people boarding charter boats to go fishing. The Rosemary District is also a short distance to the Sarasota Airport.
